Do I need to book in advance?
Yes — message us on WhatsApp or email with your travel dates, then secure your spot with a small online deposit. We'll handle the rest.
What is your cancellation policy?
If the weather forces a cancellation, you get a full refund or a free reschedule.
Where are you located?
Haad Yao Beach, Koh Phangan — about 20 minutes from Thongsala pier, behind Silver Beach/Haad Yao Sunset Bungalows, on the main road between 7-Eleven and Longbay Resort.
How do I get in touch?
WhatsApp is fastest. Email and the contact form below both work too — we usually reply within a day.
Haven't dived in a while — do I need a refresher?
Yes, we recommend our half-day Scuba Refresh on the house reef to get you confident again. If time is tight, it can also be arranged during the dive trip itself — just let us know in advance.
I can't swim well — is that a deal-breaker for the Open Water course?
You need basic comfort in the water. The 200m swim doesn't have to be fast, just steady — and the course moves at your pace.
I don't speak English as a first language — is that okay?
We teach in English, Thai, French and German — let us know your preference. PADI's e-learning platform also covers a wide range of languages.
